Role – Lead Designer
Social Campaign
In tandem with Freeform and Cashmere Agency’s social and strategy team, the creative team designed a digital campaign from concepts to the launch of Grown•ish Season 1.
Task: Launch the official Grown-ish social media handles and build a dedicated following around the cast and crew, while making Grown-ish a key player in the cultural conversation.
Tactic: Teamed up with Freeform and Cashmere Agency’s social and strategy teams to craft a digital campaign that leaned into the cast's star power. We created content that tapped directly into the organic social buzz on "Black Twitter"—engaging with conversations already happening among millennials.
Results: The campaign was a massive success, driving over 3.41 million organic Twitter engagements. All 10 episodes of Grown-ish trended in the U.S. on Twitter, proving the show's deep cultural relevance.
